Senior Session Spotlight- Cori

I love sessions that tell a story and this one absolutely did.  We traveled down to Corpus Christi to meet at the gun range to kick things off because competitive shooting isn't just a hobby for her, its discipline, focus and a huge part of who she is.  There's something about photographing seniors when they're doing what they truly love!

After the range, we headed to their property to let South Texas do its thing - wide open skies, tall grass blowing in the wind, fences, cactus ad the dramatic coastal light.   We incorporated her 'senior aged' horse, goats and her dog.  Walking around we found elements to pose her on that highlighted both her grit and grace.  She's strong, competitive and feminine all at the same time and I love capturing that!

This is what senior sessions should be about.
